I purchased a mid-priced replacement showerhead, and the box it came in was sealed on top with a embossed metal foil label to assure buyers that this is a genuine OEM brand-name product.

The bottom of the box was closed by folded flaps with not even a piece of tape to seal it.

DON'T DO IT!
They probably slipped some Chinese knockoff in there. It'll make your hair fall out.

@#%*@##% $%*&@@!

My internal wifi shit the bed again and it seem there STILL aren't external wifi adapters comparable with Big Sur. WTF Capitalism? Supply my demand!

I can "tether" my iMac to my iPhone so the problem isn't dire. I'm not having to string cable over the back door. But still.

The overall lack of large superbowl gatherings has significantly and negatively affected the retail chicken wing market at the local grocery store.

Basically, it's only get them right from the hot bar, or get a couple of overpriced packages of tyson's frozen.

Less market failure and more marketing failure.

A Lexus commercial running right now has somebody writing their Ted Talk, going through a litany of newspeak pablum, like we need more empathy blah blah whatever, "It's not about David vs Goliath, it's about David helping Goliath to ..." wait what?

I have rarely suggested anyone spend a little more time reading their bible, but uhm maybe if you're gonna be playing with rewriting that metaphor we should understand the context?

You mean like how David as an Israelite was born into privilege. Grew up with a loving family, good education, nice safe neighborhood, with nice neighbors and none of "those" people?

While Goliath as a Philistine grew up in a crime ridden slum, his mother toiling away, washing the fine togas of wealthy Israelite women just to put a few crumbs on the table, never even knowing his father, and the only education he got was from the school of hard knocks?

I think four thousand years of oppression is enough. It's time David's descendants started paying reparations to Goliath's.
