A couple videos from a charming content monster (she puts out a nicely-edited video every couple of days) named Emmy, wherein she tries out the edible parts of a cocoa pod, then uses the beans to make a chocolate bar:
She's got personality. A little too much perhaps. I'll have to take her in doses.

This might not be to everyone's taste. Brutalist architecture+japanese experimental video =

Whatever you think about gender identity, the authoritarianism of the teacher, or the defiance of the student, I just wish that the schoolteacher with the thick Scottish accent had closed with "If you don't respect gender you can't have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don't respect gender?"

"They were basically like D&D min maxers, but instead of pissing off their DM, they destroyed the global economy. Also, instead of their DM making a level 7 paladin fight a beholder as punishment, he got a +3 sword of turning."

I assume you've seen Enter the Void? I learned dmt and Japan are a bad combo. I also learned I want to do dmt someday.

Yes enter the void like every noe movie is a fascinating experience I never want to have again. Bonus points for best title sequence of the decade and lots of coil in the soundtrack.

Only if the student said “No true Scotsman recognizes more than two genders. “

The actual deepfakery is only the first couple of minutes, but it's really pretty good:

This song is nothing special, but the lyrics video is amusing when you consider that the album is a tribute to Stranger Things.

This could have been one of the best episodes of Metalocalypse.

I feel something I haven't felt since the winged keel of Australia II, a sense of national shame at having been bested at something we should dominate by a third-rate pseudo country.

Do not make the Soviet error of underestimating Finland. Especially not when it comes to metal.

For Warren
Thank's Hugh.

I wasn't sure if I ever posted my disdain for Adam Savage. It's partially emotional and not as defensible as my disdain for NdGT.
Turns out I have, at least once. In addition to #NotScience Adam is into movie props, with the result being that the things he builds in his gajillion dollar workshop are meant to look good with no thought at all over quality or function*.

That being said. I am completely sold on his theories regarding tool and workshop organization which is the focus of this video.
As for his tools, they reflect the kind of leather work he does. It's a pretty limited set albeit with some very pricey specialized items (like those strap end punches at the bottom). (That WindFire circle tool makes me  )

*Another thing about that drives me nuts watching his One Day Builds is his horrible work practices. Interestingly enough, after I started posting comments like where I timestamp the part where Adam is drilling into material he's holding in his hand and I say "One day you're going to drill right through your hand and lose function in two fingers and a thumb. On that day I'm going to laugh and laugh", he's gotten much more conscientious about using PPE and safe work practices.
