Everybody else seems happy enough with it, but I'm going to pass. At least till they get some of the kinks worked out. Distinct voices and less frantic delivery at least.

Being mostly lit up seems to have helped Reptilicus, as I enjoyed it. But I was seriously kind of lit. Had less trouble with the voices, although I can see the complaint. Just didn't give me much trouble.

I'm pretty sure they had ditched the fisheye by the time they got to the SciFi channel.

Wizards of the Lost Kingdom I was excellent, especially the way they made the kid out to be a whiny entitled Millennial snowflake. Not quite Final Sacrifice, but in the same spirit. It also made me want to watch Willow.

I watched it with the Rifftrax and loved it having somehow never seen the original. I imagine it's still entertaining without it though.

samurai cop is not worth sitting through. it has a certain amount of "the room" quality to it in its aggressive amateurish "acting". good as a supercut, not as good on an actual minute by minute basis.

Finally something to do on Thanksgiving

Six episodes is kind of a headscratcher. Netflix can pony up for 4 seasons of Fuller House, but MST3k has to go begging for the money to make half a season.

I still can't figure out how I feel about the new show. The writing is pretty good but the execution isn't always there. I've only watched a few so I might watch some more and see if I start to get used to it.

It wouldn't surprise me if distributors had cottoned to the show and started demanding more money for the rights.
