to be honest my wife eats that shit like it's black tar heroin so i have no idea. (it's one of the few treats she can still tolerate) it will eventually get more creamy/liquidy at room temperature. but i've yet to see any oil formation even after she's left it out on the counter overnight because she's a professor and my life is like that.

Some people grow their own tomatoes and peppers in summer, some grind their own peanut butter. There are certain food 'projects' I like to undertake once in a while even though it's hella easier to just buy it at the grocery.

How so? It might be closer to like a tablespoon, I'm not sure, I don't measure it.

Most of my soups get like a quarter cup of tomato and a bit less than that of sugar added. And a couple tablespoons or so of fish sauce.

Had the first decent tomato from our plants. It was a beef master hur hur. Romas on the vine were / are trash.

Our Romas are good. Just froze a batch. The Better Boys are tasty too, but small. The vines thrived through about mid July, but are now blighted. Don't know if we'll get more. The pepper plants are all healthy looking but only the Mild Jalapeno is producing.
