I've really enjoyed the Philosophize This recap of Simone de Beauvoir. The core observations in the ethics of ambiguity resonate with me.

The Freakonomics two parter with Charles Koch was actually pretty solid in letting dude present his story. It could have benefitted from from more curious followup questions, but it was a good overview of the what why and how of Koch's deal.

One question I would have liked to see is if he's not a partisan as he claims and his interests lie in social issues as much as economic ones, why has he donated solely to Republican candidates that support his economic values, but not his social values.

The Philosophize This episode on Sartre's concept of radical freedom is well worth a listen.

If he's xanaxed out, maybe he'll just sell you some really nice water jugs.

How far have you gotten into Lore? Because I used to find his voice annoyingly shrill, but I've totally gotten used to it now.

I can never listen to How Stuff Works because the one guy sounds like he works part time at a head shop.

Beats me. I did chronological. If you really can't bear his voice then it's fine to bail, but to me he's no more annoying than Stephen West.
