Also this week chopping down one of two trees that were planted *right next* to a foundation. Who does that?
They still do that. Because when the house is new and the trees are small, idiots think it has "curb appeal" or "provides shade" or some such shit.
Also they'll plant trees/shrubs with particularly invasive roots right over that sewer line. According to the guy who snaked our line most recently, junipers are particularly bad about that. There are four junipers on the property and three are within about five feet of the sewer line.

The one that actually produces berries is the one that's far from the sewer, so were I to exercise full control over the yard I would perhaps keep that one to feed the local Townshend's solitaire population.

Sewer line stuff blows. Sorry to hear.

I guess I should follow up on the house stuff for me. Sellers have agreed to everything. By giving us money. Yay money! So I'll have a house by the 19th and 30 days from that I'll be living in said house. Away from in laws. Good times.

It's adorable the way you say "away from the in laws" as it that's going to last.

Whats adorable is you thinking i view your meaningless chattering any differently than if my useless in laws were right in front of me chattering away.

But somehow. Some way. I'll just have to make do with geological distance with locks on the doors and the ability to block communications.

If I am correct in remembering the ages of Pham's boys, they'll provide that "old urine" smell themselves, sans parental supervision!
