That lead me to this light laff regarding Randy Johnson's bird murdering; interview getting the point of view from several ornithologists on the incident:

Sadly, the Longoria one was staged. It's a neat bit, though.

Even if it's staged, it's a hell of a catch. All the stuff I see about whether it's "real" or not talks about it being staged, but doesn't say it's CG or anything. That's still a hard thing to do even if you're expecting the ball.

IIRC, someone looked at the video frame by frame and saw the ball rise slightly in the last couple of frames, which indicates CG. Also, the lack of any reaction by the interviewer is a dead giveaway that there's no ball really there.

Funny thing is, watching the ballet, that moment is actually a scene of textbook street harassment (relevant portion starts around 5:30). The second of the two women is much more consenty, but somehow, in an apparent vindication of PUAs, the first woman ends up with the men anyway.

What, all these people have never watched a woman get out of the shower or take her towel-turban off?

If a woman is getting out of the shower, it's going to take a herculean effort for me to be looking at her hair.

Unfortunately it is less funny that China is trying to censor it from the internet. It's also likely the woman no longer has a job.
