I usually stick to Mo. Even my wife, who has the most popular name of her decade leaves rezzies on her first name. Generally, "X party of Y at Z" is sufficient info. Also, it's a table at a restaurant, if I get the other Mo party of 4's 7 o'clock reservation, the other one is still around.
