Denise Nickerson, aka Violet "Blueberry" Beauregarde from Willy Wonka, can no longer be squeezed.

Mark Kleiman must have failed to follow some public health best practices. In his honor someone should enact a host of regulations.

(Seriously, though, complications from a kidney transplant sounds like the ultimate in letdowns. You think a bad situation is about to improve and then it all goes to hell.)

Wonder if it's MRSA. A knee replacement is turning into lifelong IV antibiotics for an in-law, who just lost his brother due to post-op infection from back surgery.

If you haven't seen it, you owe it to yourself to watch The Hitcher. He's great in it.

You're not the first to mention this today. I also didn't realize he was the dude in Blind Fury.

As I look through his filmography, I think I've only seen 3-4 movies he was in. Of those, I'd say the best was The Limey. I like Easy Rider, but mainly for all the footage of Route 66 and Monument Valley.

Yeah the only movies I remember him in are Easy Rider, The Limey, and Escape from LA. In each of them he played Pretty Much Peter Fonda.

What? No love for The Trip? Actually, I didn't care for it much myself.
I've never seen The Limey. Might have to check it out.

Apparently Fonda played Frank O'Conner in a TV movie about the Ayn Rand love triangle.

I saw that. Don't remember it that well. I think I liked it in the 'this conforms to little bit I know about it and is interesting' sense.

Plus, Soros does direct deposit.
