Good plan. Such meetings almost always elicit illicit thoughts.

Illicit thoughts are best, whether initial or after considerable reflection.

While my coworker is out, she asked that we log our printing, and send her the list "in apathetical order". Yes, that's real life...

Eat the chips man, have a single serving, put it in a bowl, put the bag back in the pantry, sit down, eat it, enjoy it, and commit to being done with chips for the day. Total depravity does NOT have to be in the picture to be healthy.

Not precisely a lion-towing, but a colleague and I have basically mangled the 'circle the wagons' metaphor to the point that we use 'OK, let's circle the wagons on that tomorrow,' to mean, 'let's follow up on that tomorrow.'

I actually saw someone state that Trump's comment to the French First Lady was an example of "men towing the line between compliments and harassment".

Not a true towing, just a phrasing issue, but I'm watching a documentary and the narrator said this photographer "travels to a the edge of a dangerous world that few rarely see." Um, so lots of people see it often?

Spotted this sign in Uyuni, Bolivia last year. Pretty sure it's a commentary on touristical based imperialism.

So the pay is so poor, you'll be complaining about it with others? Seems standard.

This is the second time I've encountered this form of lion-towing. The previous time was in another instructor's syllabus. He thanked me for the correction, but I could tell he didn't mean it.

From the description of "Tusq XL string trees" (it's a small guitar part, FWIW), a fairly horrifying bit of customer relations:
Note: If you find that one or both string trees are too long, you can easily be removed with fine grit sandpaper.
I've had some customers I didn't like, but I never threatened to LITERALLY SANDPAPER THEM OUT OF EXISTENCE just for being dissatisfied with a product...
