The DEXA scan is the goal standard of body composition testing.
I did take my vitamins, but I’m not counting calories in those. To me they’re negligent.

This is something I wrote myself! It's not a proper lion towing, just bad wording, but it's embarrassing :lol:
Preparing food for my houseguests on top of my kids is sapping my willpower to stick to my diet plan.
Maybe if I prepared the food on top of a plate instead, it would work better ...
