Colbert is (figuratively) killing Mooch, and Colbert's not even playing at full speed.

eta - the biggest (and somewhat surprising thing) is that Mooch has absolutely no sense of comic timing. And he's willing to be the butt of the joke. I think that's what ticked off Colbert more than anything and made Colbert not give Mooch any lifelines towards the second half of the interview.

eta2- He uses Game of Thrones references...poorly. You can't call yourself Arya Stark *and* then say "I'm like a Lannister, I pay my debts"

I would take that as another crack in the Trump-Fundamentalist alliance.

A crack or some spackle?

I was just thinking the only way the so called transgender ban spin *from the White House* makes sense is if theyre trying to increase network affinity with the Lib U & Nashville Statement types.

No, I meant the Mooch speaking at Liberty. Regardless of what Trump or his henchmen may say, I doubt he likes the idea of ousted staff speaking at such places and events.

None; if there's one person the Mooch truly loves, its the Mooch.

(plus, this scarmmucipost account is associated with him - i.e. it's not a parody - but I don't think he's the one posting on it)

Yeah, there are plenty of mental disorders for which suicide is a serious risk, but narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder are not among them. "There are so few perfect faces in this world - why would I wanna damage mine?"

The only way he commits suicide is by cop.

Scaramoochie could indeed wind up in trouble with the cops, but he would try to talk his way out rather than go out in a blaze of glory. Even if they get him red-handed in some type of fraud or whatever, he'll be playing the martyr thing all the way to the slammer. "Hey, I'm just a guy, I'm not perfect, but what they got me for is not who I am and I'm going to prove it to the world!"

Listen, Mr. Scaramucci reminds me of one of my uncles, so I don't wanna hear nobody saying nothing bad about him. If you've got a problem with Mr. Trump, hey, that's cool. I mean, who doesn't? But if you've got a problem with Mr. Scaramucci, then you've got a problem with me. Capisce?

(And the same goes for Mr. Avenatti.)
