Until he cancelled the visit to Denmark, most of us thought the buying Greenland thing was a joke.

Is syphilis still treatable after it reaches the central nervous system, or should Melania be discussing end of life care options?

I believe the spirochetes will die if Trump is raised to an internal temperature of about 165F. I can loan someone a therma-pen to verify the temp if they want to perform the treatment.

If somebody had predicted in 2016 that over just a couple days Trump would cancel official meetings because Denmark won't sell Greenland, send VDare articles to immigration judges, and announce a policy of indefinite detention for immigrant children, Republicans would have been all "Come on, you're talking crazy! He won't be what you liberals think! He'll be running a much better government than you realize!"

Yet here we are.

There was a popular meme over how often "Wayne" appeared as a middle name for serial killers.

I'm going with Hanlon's Razor here.
After publication of this article, EOIR Assistant Press Secretary Kathryn Mattingly told BuzzFeed News “the daily EOIR morning news briefings are compiled by a contractor and the blog post should not have been included. The Department of Justice condemns Anti-Semitism in the strongest terms.”

A former senior DOJ official said that the email in question was "generated by a third-party vendor that utilizes keyword searches to produce news clippings for staff. It is not reviewed or approved by staff before it is transmitted."

The contractor said that EOIR reviews everything with a fine toothed comb and they have been sending stuff from bonkers entities for years. Including from the Epoch Times and other stuff from VDare.
“That’s absolutely incorrect,” said TechMIS CEO Steven Mains, adding that EOIR was the most specific and particular of the company’s clients. The agency’s staff would review its work “down to misspellings” if there was anything wrong before sending, he said.

Lol. BoJo thinks he can trick Trump into repealing the Jones act by using a word that Trump has never heard of. I like the pluck, but it’s going to take more than saying cabotage to pull that off.

And BoJo explaining it in context.

If anything, it probably embarrassed Trump and made him feel resentful, unless the guy managed to successfully lull Trump into thinking he's a dumb goofball. Which, considering how much of the British public seems to think that, maybe he did pull that off...
