This line from Esquire by Charles Blow on the State of the Union is funny.

America basically decided to elect its crazy old uncle who has more money than any idiot should ever have and talks about how Wall Street is run by the Jews and everything would be better if the government wasn't run by a bunch of pussies who refuse to ever crack a skull or kill a guy who needs killing.

The revelations about Rob Portman make me think that John Kelly might be a psychopath.

Considering I didn't know who Rob Porter was until I read the linked articles, all I have to say is this:

Anyone who has a "good relationship" (axioms article) with Stephen Miller scares me.

Stephen Miller is basically what I imagine a Batman villain to be like at his day job.

And that's my opinion.

Trump will be speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast:

https://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/2018/febru ... 00-a-m-est

I can only assume that somebody promised him a golden calf.

Meanwhile, there will also be a large Russian contingent because of course there will be.

https://www.cnn.com/2018/02/07/politics ... index.html

I don't think politicians should be attending religious events in their official capacity, but if they're going to do this then at least be old school and have the prayers in Latin, not Church Slavonic.
