This guy is so sued.
I doubt it. But if he is, I bet he wins on "fair use".
It depends on whether or not it's an ad for a specific product or if it's just a discussion of a new technique for which there is no single vendor.
No, I don't think it does. Parody is fair use. There's nothing in the law that says it anything about profit or technique or vendors.

I think it counts as an ad for himself.

I am not a huge fan of opera, but the vocals in this video are incredible:

Ah right. Even more impressive then, a performance like that from a countertenor.

I'm reminded of that bit with the alien diva in The Fifth Element. The filmmakers were trying for a performance a human being couldn't deliver...and the opera singer they got cheerfully managed most or nearly all of it.

A lot of domino videos are just more and more dominos in increasingly boring patterns. This one is some really well thought out setups with multiple phases. Really neat to watch.

I've been watching a lot of Techmoan lately, just for his reviews of interesting things (and some stupid things), and he reviewed that idiotic "RokBlok" that was an internet sensation a year ago. It's the stupid bluetooth box that drives around your records, destroying them while it 'plays' them:

Tomorrow at 1:00, the Youtube channel "Deep Astronomy" has a hangout with Dr. Jill Tarter.

Since SETI is one of my nerd interests, I am looking forward to joining it.
