Someone made filksongs out of the songs on Sgt. Peppers' Lonely Hearts Club Band with the subject of Star Wars Episode IV. They actually work pretty well for the most part.

This is just a guy bitching about today's KFC, and I don't know why I find it so appealing. I don't have any nostalgic associations with Kentucky Fried Chicken. For whatever reason, my family just didn't patronize the place. I still ate my fair share of the stuff, it showed up at just about every potluck affair. This guy really sells what he's laying down.

I remember that commercial when it aired.

(The first one)

eta - I think there was also an Eric Clapton one.

They absolutely should've done a deal with Lindsey Buckingham for something extra sexy and extra 80s.

Ah yes, not so smooth, not so SULTRY, but with a lot of name recognition.

Still say that Lindsey Buckingham should've slithered in and been involved.

These musical endorsers are all British, which makes me wonder why they need Michelob, when presumably they already have their own shitty beer and it's probably better than our shitty beer anyway.

I use to Juggle with this guy's father. Back when Wes was like 5, his dad was telling us that he'd grow up to be a world class juggler. I didn't pay him any mind at the time, but holy shit is he talented. And he's still getting better. Check out his youtube channel for jawdropping videos. This one is just funny. The tricks aren't all that but it really shows the mind of an artist struggling to invent something new. And also how to deal with being stuck someplace bored out of your mind. Anyway it's short and I laughed my ass off watching it.

The narration really makes this. Does not make me hopeful about humanity's chances against the robot uprising:
