Worthwhile YouTubez Finds

Just for interesting videos you happen to come across.

A kayaking human couple has a gentle but kind of freaky encounter with a whale couple.

Excellent. I needed new giggles, as the gay guy who's watching Harry Potter for the first time and totally wants to do Neville and Wood took two weeks to do Azkaban, so I can only expect slower turnaround in future films.

As usual, the Ohio State marching band are the only college athletics worth watching.

John Oliver is still not funny, but you have to marvel at the sheer amount of legwork involved in producing this segment.

I, by the way, do find John Oliver funny but just not nearly as funny as his current popularity would suggest.

At first I was all, "why the fuck did dhex post a Lenny Kravitz song?" because I didn't notice that the lyrics had been changed.

It's been too long since I have been subjected to that song* to recall what the lyrics were changed from, so half the joke is lost on me.

*Although given that some of the alternatives at the time included Sublime and Sugar Ray and Blink 182 (or whatever number they were), being subjected to Lenny Kravitz was among the lesser indignities.
