The oppression of having to produce stuff for anyone to have anything to consume is independent of politics. It's more of a thermodynamics situation. If everyone waits for their bread to be baked by someone else there's no effing bread you stupid baby.

No clue, but if company ownership is the line, then pretty much every airline and car company qualifies since the employees unions are shareholders as well. Until last December, GM had a UAW guy on their board.
I guess I meant operate a business then.
But there are lots of companies where the employees are the owners, though not necessarily the exclusive owners.
Ok.

Well, yes, but they have rationalizations for it that more or less equate to, "Well, if you suckers are dumb enough to work, you deserve to be forced to support me."

Fun Fact: I'm currently taking a class called "The Politics Equality and Inequality."

So far, I've learned that pretty much everything is unequal. Worth the tuition for sure.

And some classes are more worthwhile than others? That seems like a case of .. what's the word I'm looking for ... when things aren't balanced so everything has an identical value ...

They are all valuable and valid classes, Ellie, it's just that the capitalist patriarchy doesn't place value on some of them.

Uh what? I don't what anti-gentrification has to do with that.
Anti-gentrification is something I have little patience with. It's one of those refusal to understand how economics works things. As such the question is, How much damage is done trying to make it happen? I don't see it being as destructive as health-care or prohibition, but once you put things like rent-control in place, the bombings can continue for generations.

It's my sister's new thing too. Last time I was at her house I got this spiel about how there needed to be regulations that forced communities to be mixed. Like every other unit would be price capped and could only by law be offered to low income families. She also had this plan for mandatory public service for white suburban kids.

Do we think Jason's sister and Nicole's sister would get along really well, or try to attack each other within minutes if placed in the same room together?

I think they would get along...Sasha once told me that fairness was everyone getting what they needed. That sounds like it would be up the other alley as well.
