When you see the other side of the umbrella, it makes more sense. I still cannot fathom that someone would think it's appropriate to buy, tho. I also think it's funny to imagine the reaction of your average umbrella thief when they open that up...

That so Japanese i cant stand it. It is the best large train system in the world with enormous utilization rates and it is never ever disrupted. I forget the official time but the period to restore full rail to Kobe after the hanshin earthquake was astonishing.
