I like this take on "necessary" art:

Yeah that was a good article. I would also say it applies to necessary's close cousin "relevant."
And it applies to science fiction novels and video games.

I miss eating cottage cheese. Never tried it with bell peppers.
Oooh, now cottage cheese is something I haven't thought about in decades. Growing up it was a staple, desert was cottage cheese with a pear or peach half sunk in the middle of a pile of it.
ha ha Yeah, canned fruit in syrup.

Re: You Learn Something New Every Day

I’ve never heard of it. Not intuitive that would work. I like porky things with bell peppers. Raw is a whole different animal. But I don't know I ever do pork with green pepper. I do stuffed peppers, chicken fajitas, cheese steak. I'll throw a little in a tomato sauce. So, meatballs are part pork.

All Bell Peppers Matter!

1/4 of a raw green bell pepper stuffed with cottage cheese and topped with cracked pepper is a damned fine low cal snack.

I don't usually like raw onions, but I did once eat a "salad" that consisted of nothing but white onion with vinegar. It was...better than I'd expected.
That's a pretty low bar for a dish that sounds like the chef regurgitated on a plate.

I've seen some brilliant, giganticly bright, one-off meteors that made the news, and a few that should have. Nothing like a whole shower of them though.
I saw one of those once. It burned with visible flames till it sank beneath the horizon and then apparently exploded with a brilliant flash.

Re: There must be a pony in here somewhere.

Both are true. The master billing lists were built on the premise that insurance was negotiating the real price. That said the world has shifted and more people are not covered in the same way and providers are at present insufficiently incentivized to modify their top line prices. Basically becaus...
