Re: There must be a pony in here somewhere.

Hip surgery is dangerous. Cant slap a tourniquet up there. Lots of major and minor blood vessels so easy infection traverse and route. It's why breaking your hip at an advanced age can be a death sentence usually. I’ll try to remember that while getting both of mine replaced. Ugh. Advanced age ...

Granted, I haven't tried to get a hip replacement, but for all of the health stuff I or my family has needed, I've seen no difference in wait times between here and the US . Granted, I have private health insurance, but most big employers here provide private health insurance gap coverage. My under...

Washington had a knack for slipping away with his army still intact. Trenton and Second Battle of Trenton are prime examples of that.

R Kelly's live performance from the work "how to make a bad situation worse" is legit amazing.
I've been afraid to actually watch it. I'm still flabbergasted he was let off to begin with way back in the day.

I wear dinner jackets when I get the chance, but there is such a thing as overdressing. I also sometimes wear proper white tie when I get the chance. (Also I don't have a tailored dinner jacket so it doesn't look as good as most of my suits do). I _mostly_ don't wear ties, but I sometimes do. Suit ...

Captain Marvel is good. Not first tier Marvel like the first Avengers or Iron Man, but better than Thor, Thor the Dark World, and Guardians 2. Probably comparable to Dr. Strange.

I can see this shit getting traction on the "For the Children" ticket. I have a personal stake in this in that my shortest walk to the local grocery goes straight across a local playground. If I can't go through the playground, it adds three blocks to my route. Are horses allowed through playground...

Do a remake of atlas shrugged. It's the same movie unchanged. Splice in a giant dinosaur creature that people are riding in the background. Have director publicly state he wanted that and other visuals but couldn't put them in the original.
