One element of the various single payer systems I’m not really clear on is how supply is maintained in a price capped environment.
Almost all drugs can be mass produced for pennies a dose. Nearly all the cost is in development and testing.
Nope.

Libertarians steal votes from Team Red, Greens steal votes from Team Blue. That's just how it is even though literally nothing works like that.
If you just voted the correct way then we wouldn't be having this conversation, Hugh.

I just don't believe the Senate will convict and I'm positive it will be spun as vindication by Republicans. Because they will bet, correctly I feel, that their voters are idiots.

This is not an endorsement that other voters are not idiots. Just less idiotic on this particular issue.

I don't like dates or figs (or Fig Newtons) and don't even mention dried apricots. To each his own. I only very rarely eat raisins, for that matter, maybe in a bowl of raisin bran cereal or as an ingredient of some sort of pudding or some such, but if I'm going to pack dried fruit of any sort, say,...

Just as we expect Mo to hang out with Scaramucci if given the chance, we expect you to go and report on the Williamson shindig. You must. Check the fine print on your gryll card. It's there.

But they paid cash, like we’re some low rent version of the Hessians. If the Dems were smart, if any of those troops get anything more serious than a hangnail, you run ads about him/her paying the price so Trump could get money from the masterminds of 9/11. I thought everyone above the local level ...

One more investigation that turns up nothing substantial just plays into his whole "witch hunt" refrain, and if anything seems to embolden him. I mean it was substa...

My gut tells me that but I just have such a problem with all his bullshit. I have a hard time accepting that a lot of people are okay with everything he's done. His stupidity crosses quite a few boundaries. I may be to hopeful of people.
