Re: Orange is the new President

@realDonaldTrump: The farmers are really happy with the new China Trade Deal and the soon to be signed deal with Mexico and Canada, but I hope the thing they will most remember is the fact that I was able to take massive incoming Tariff money and use it to help them get through the tough times! "I ...

There's no way a bobcat is going to become a senator and then the president. Only 14 out of 45 presidents had previously served in the senate.

Re: Random Observations C.A (306 pages is enough)

I don't get the eyelash in the eye thing hardly at all -- maybe three times per decade? But I'm also really tall, so much of my life is spent looking more or less downward, because that's where pretty much everything that isn't me is. So I'd assume that lost eyelashes fall harmlessly to the floor (o...

Never give away anything for free on Craigslist. Charge five bucks or something. Offering free stuff brings the nutters in a way that charging anything at all does not.

How so?
I'm all for the right to do whatever sick, twisted sexual stuff you want to with any other consenting adult. But Arby's? That's just a cry for help.

I think "the desire to engage in sexual activity with the sort of person who'd engage in sexual activity in exchange for an Arby's gift card" is a particularly niche fetish.

And a disturbing one.

I thought I'd gotten turned onto this song by a fellow Grylliader, but I can't remember who it was, and I don't see it in this thread, so with apologies if it's already been posted, here's what's rapidly becoming my very favoritest Christmas song. Re: Alt. world speculation: A second moon

Mythology would have evolved differently, I imagine, depending on where Synchros hung out. I mean, in our world we have the Sun and the Moon, male and female, one and one. In the Synchros world, you've got the Sun and the Moon and the other Moon, male and female and female, and now in the Synchros 2...

I actually heard one of the talking heads advance the theory that Biden's supporters are fine with him sleeping and playing with his oatmeal all through his term in office because his staff will do a better job of running things than DJT. That's a lot of faith in a staff that hasn't been named yet....

I'm digging the Mandalorian a lot more than I thought I would. See, I love Star Wars, but I'm not a Boba Fett fanboy. This guy isn't Boba Fett, though. The show is absolutely a Western; scrape off the aliens and the other recognizably Star Wars stuff and you could easily place it in the Firefly 'Ver...
