That’s not really an Alton Brown vibe meign. Rachel Ray maybe? Someone with their own brand of tongs at Target.
*nods* He's not going to need them because he's not going eat food out of a box. Make your own is his thing. Specialized cookie tongs is more Martha Stewart.

Re: Tiny Triumphs

These are the controllers I bought. Pretty simple plug-n-play ones. I pulled down the specs for that. Very interesting. Capacitive sensors can now measure humidity to +/-3%. Which is excellent at their price point. Long term stability as well. Response time is pretty slow though, 30-60 seconds. So ...

It's cold! And fuckin gnarled out there. Snow event preceded by freezing drizzle that glazed everything in black ice. The control for one of the range elements broke so I ordered the part, watched the appropriate DYI video and have now spent over an hour trying to get two tiny Philips head screws out. They are set in an odd angle under the control panel cover and it's so far impossible to get sufficient purchase. ...

Really? In places I've lived, Kroger is budget groceries. There's cheaper to be found, but only poverty would drive one to accept the reduction in quality.

Chicken section was gutted; all they had left for chicken parts were some giant-size family packs, and a couple of very expensive organic fair-trade free-range eco-friendly dolphin-safe etc. etc. options. Why you no get the giant family pack and freeze what you don't cook tonight? Pick up a box of ...

But if one day your BTC is worth millions, why spend it then, when you could wait and it could be worth billions? Oh I won't. I'll only take several hundred thousand off the table.
