Re: Observations of the Random sort

(Edited to add: an unrelated complaint about Instagram) As far as I know you can view Instagram from a browser but still can only upload photos through an app, which is a weird choice on their part.

Re: What are you reading?

The only problem I could see with that is that it saves your location in the book across devices, so if you're trying to listen to the same book at the same time it would mess up who's in what place. But otherwise you would use the same account. I think actually you can just attach it to your Prime ...

Re: It's not the size of the screen...

A few episodes into Marvel's Runaways. This show is extremely not good. That's too bad. The premise is mildly interesting, though I've heard very meh things about the comic. My wife was watching the first or second episode of this and I, not knowing what it was, cracked, " What is this, some other ...

Re: What are you reading?

I haven't had a paid subscription in a while, so I don't know what content they offer for free as part of the subscription. "Credits" basically mean free audiobooks. So a book might cost $22 or one credit. You get 1-2 credits per month (depending on your level of subscription) and then if you buy ad...

You can re-listen through Audible even after you're not paying for the monthly membership.

I was trying to buy Bitcoin and couldn't get my account verified through Coinbase. It was an endless "this is taking longer than usual, check back later" loop that never resolved.

there generally isn't much space between Skittles of varying colors when they're being consumed (i.e. generally a bunch of mixed colors are consumed and one or two of a color are eaten from the group.
What kind of barbarian doesn't sort Skittles according to color and then eat one group at a time?

Twin Peaks: the Return was just as Lynchian as I expected.
I've only watched season 1 of Twin Peaks. Season 2 just seemed like it was weird in a going-off-the-rails way and I wasn't feeling it. Do I definitely need to watch it before I watch The Return, or can I just read a summary somewhere?

I know you're too stupid and biased to understand this, but what's happening to the EPA isn't reform. Tweet! Ten yard penalty. (I'm not our esteemed Moderatrix or anything, but come on... let's at least be civil.) Fuck that. I'm calling a repeat offender against rationalism and reality, not to ment...
